If you’re reaching out, something may feel heavy, confusing, or harder than it needs to be. You might be navigating stress, loss, relationship difficulties, burnout, or patterns that seem to repeat no matter how hard you try.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer a calm and safe space where we can slow things down and gently make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. My work is grounded in evidence-based therapies and careful psychological formulation, which means we look not only at symptoms, but at the history, experiences, and patterns that may have shaped them.

Alongside insight, we focus on practical change — building skills, strengthening resilience, and developing tools you can use in everyday life so progress feels sustainable, not overwhelming.

Most importantly, therapy is collaborative and tailored to you.
Your pace, your story, your goals.

Everyone is welcome and I am currently taking new referrals.

Is a Clinical Psychologist Right for you?
Clinical Psychologists complete additional postgraduate training in the assessment and treatment of mental health conditions.
This training focuses on understanding not only what you're experiencing, but why it has developed—allowing therapy to be tailored to your individual circumstances rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
For example, two people can both experience anxiety.
One may be driven by perfectionism.
Another by trauma.
Another by obsessive thinking.
Another by burnout.
Although the symptoms may look similar, the underlying causes can be completely different - and so can the treatment.

Clinical Psychology places particular emphasis on understanding those differences, so therapy is guided by your individual story rather than simply your diagnosis.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout or workplace stress, therapy is guided by evidence-based therapies and a collaborative understanding of you as a whole person including your strenghts.

Medicare Rebates
If your GP prepares a Mental Health Care Plan, Medicare provides rebates for appointments with both Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists.

Clinical Psychologists attract a higher Medicare rebate (currently $149.05), recognising the additional postgraduate training required for endorsement. For many people, this results in a lower out-of-pocket cost than seeing a generally registered psychologist.
