If you have staff who may benefit from external supervision when exposed to challenging, distressing, or potentially traumatic material, having both internal and external supervision in place can enhance engagement in their role and protect mental health. I am also taking private clients with Social Work and Psychology backgrounds and have extensive experience working with early career Clinical Psychologists.
